He is a seasoned IT Leader with 3+ decades of experience in working with various Indian IT Service providers, Products organizations and offshore captives in heading business vertical, global delivery, quality assurance, vendor management, partnerships & alliances, mergers & acquisitions, and implementing enterprise specific strategic automation/digitization solutions (ALM, PPM, in-house products/platforms).

Possess a blend of business, operational, functional, analytical and technology skills. Has been a successful leader for enterprise level initiatives, consulting, problem solving, coaching, innovation, vendor management and customer relationship management.

He comes with hands on leadership experience at enterprise level servicing Fortune 100 clients across multiple geographies in digitization of enterprise ecosystem, customer experience transformation, managing corporate quality office for profitability Improvement, operations management, vendor management for outsourcing, reducing cost of delivery and delivery process optimization.

Babu graduated from the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree (honors) in electrical and electronics engineering.

Babu is passionate about technology and is an IoT enthusiast. Babu is also a Six Sigma Black Belt from Mikel Harry’s Six Sigma Academy, US.

Babu is married to Deepa and they have a Son Rahul.
