Umesh Belludi is sets and evolves the strategic direction for the company and its portfolio of offerings, while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. Umesh has nearly 2 decades of global experience in the IT services industry with a strong track record of driving staffing, Recruitment, HR &Technology business, executing business turnarounds and managing successful people function. He is a member of the National HRD network (NHRD),NIPM and Association of HR consultants(AHRC) in India.

Earlier, Umesh was Chief People officer @Bapuji Educational Association one of the flagship Educational enterprise. He is also partner and Honorary Secretary for Educational venture Anmol Public School, Davanagere, Karnataka, where he held several leadership positions for last 25 years. He owns a international business in USA (North America, UK, Asia), He was responsible for the strategy and execution of these businesses – setting direction and enabling rapid client adoption. He was the architect of the North America growth and turnaround strategy, and was instrumental in setting up their offshoring capabilities.

Umesh, holds a Science degree from, Kuvempu University, and is qualified as a Master MBA from Karnataka Law society’s IMER, Belgaum. He has also received many awards in recognition of his pre-eminent contributions to the field of HR.
